Marcus was on time, courteous, and professional. While we did talk some when I would come out to check the progress, he was very focused and methodical. He spent a lot of time on it, dedicated to whatever task he was doing. It was like watching an artist sculpt a piece. Marcus seemed to take away the dirt and grime, leaving the beautiful car that was hidden inside. All I can say is wow. My car is cleaner than it was when I bought it.
